Terms and Conditions – Speed Paris

General Information

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering products from the website www.speed.paris or via email. Accessing and using the website implies acceptance of these terms. Speed Paris operates in accordance with Government Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer protection in distance contracts.

Speed Paris is operated by ARHA S.R.L., with its registered office at B-Dul Iuliu Maniu, Nr.16, Bl.14, Sc.D1-2, Et.9, Ap.159, Sector 6, Bucharest, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/98/2024, VAT number 49360703.

Your Registration Obligations

To place an order on our website, you must provide accurate and complete information.

We reserve the right to block access to our services if the information provided is false or incomplete.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made via:

Cash on delivery (COD)

Online by card, using the online payment processor

Product Delivery

Delivery time: Maximum 3 business days from order confirmation. In exceptional cases (e.g., extreme weather conditions or emergencies), the delivery term may be extended up to 30 days, in accordance with GO 34/2014.

Order confirmation: Orders will be confirmed via email or phone prior to shipping.

Shipping fees: Free delivery as per ongoing promotions.

Damage during transit: Any product damage occurring during transport is the responsibility of the courier service. Products will be replaced if the courier is at fault and we are notified within 2 days of receiving the parcel.

All content on www.speed.paris (text, images, design) is protected under copyright law and intellectual property legislation. Use of any content without written permission from ARHA S.R.L. is strictly prohibited.

Privacy Policy & GDPR

Your personal data is important to us. We collect and process your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Your rights include: access to data, rectification, deletion, portability, and objection to processing. For full details, please consult our Privacy Policy.

Order Confirmation and Product Delivery

Orders will be confirmed via email (contact@speed.paris) or phone (+33 7 60 27 18 06) prior to shipping.

Product returns

Return period: Products may be returned within 14 calendar days from delivery.

Return conditions: Products must be in original condition, unworn, and accompanied by related documents.

Return options:

Courier return: The customer covers the return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the return.

Product exchange: Subject to shipping fees supported by customer.

Non-returnable items:

Products from the “Final Sale” collection

Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once unsealed (in accordance with GO 34/2014)

Product Warranty

All products sold by Speed Paris come with a legal conformity warranty, according to GO 140/2021. The warranty is valid for 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute will be resolved amicably within 30 business days. If this is not possible, the conflict will be settled by the competent courts in Bucharest, in accordance with Romanian law.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations in the event of force majeure. If the event lasts more than 15 days, the contract may be terminated without further obligations.

Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the website and will take effect from the date of publication.
